Learning, training and competence development. Learning refers to our experience and knowledge within competence support and management, simulators for training, learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning. The word learning also refers to our will to continuously improve and refine our knowledge about our customers and their businesses.

Well
We regard our experiences and competences accumulated in a well of knowledge which we want to share with our customers and each other within LearningWell. The word well also refers to how we learn and implement our knowledge. We are good at improving our skills and knowledge and putting these into practice for our customers.

For us at LearningWell it is our highest priority to use the competence and knowledge within the company to create solutions that contribute to the development of our customers’ businesses. It is our aim to make our solution the customer’s solution to make sure that wanted effects last after we have handed over the project. Historia

Verksamheten i Nyköping har funnits sedan 1996, historien går dock tillbaka till 1973.

• I Maj 2003 bildades LearningWell AB genom ett köp av Mandator AB:s verksamhet i Nyköping. (Cell Network bytte namn till Mandator under 2003)
• I Maj 2000 fusionerades Mandator AB och Cell Network AB och tog namnet Cell Network AB.
• Comator AB köptes av Mandator 1995 och bolaget Mandator Teknik AB föddes. I Mandator Teknik AB:s regi etablerades kontoret i Nyköping.
• 1976 blev Comator Process AB ett självständigt bolag sedan det köpts loss från ägarna Procom AB och Comator Data AB.
• 1 april 1973 bildades Procom AB med inriktning på processövervakning med datorer.
