Learning refers to our experience and knowledge within competence support and management, simulators for training, learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning. The word learning also refers to our will to continuously improve and refine our knowledge about our customers and their businesses.
Well
We regard our experiences and competences accumulated in a well of knowledge which we want to share with our customers and each other within LearningWell. The word well also refers to how we learn and implement our knowledge. We are good at improving our skills and knowledge and putting these into practice for our customers.
For us at LearningWell it is our highest priority to use the competence and knowledge within the company to create solutions that contribute to the development of our customers’ businesses. It is our aim to make our solution the customer’s solution to make sure that wanted effects last after we have handed over the project.
